- NAMASTE! I am an alumnus of the Universities of Florida and Denver. I have been practicing yoga almost 9 years now, primarily in power/vinyasa and Ashtanga. I am a graduate of the Yoga Den's 200-hour certification program in Mind-Body and Sun Power styles of yoga. I am the owner of Little Bird Yoga, where I also teach regularly to group classes and private clients, a laboratory manager, and the yoga therapist at a private hospital. I love to cook, especially French and Asian foods. I firmly believe cheese and mayonaisse are among man's greatest inventions, somewhere in the same ballpark as movable type, indoor plumbing, and rock and roll.
