Reprieve

There have been so many changes going on in my life lately. Namely I have returned to my science career in the realm of academia, a major goal on its way to fulfillment. I am loving this new environment as opposed to the corporate world of which I am much too familiar. Then as things would have it, in the very same week I began my new job, I was appointed yoga therapist for a local private hospital! So my plate is full, my cup is running over....and it's a wonderful thing.

So it is in light of these new developments that I have decided to place teaching group classes on hold. I will continue to write Om Page, teach my private students, and keep up with my own yoga practice! With these holidays rushing towards us, it seems like the perfect time to transition back to student mode and rebalance the equation of my day-to-day existence. I hope everyone keeps their center and maintains peace in this hectic time of year. See you!
